Our client is one of the leading Kitchen Design businesses in Ireland with stunning showrooms located around the country. They are now seeking to add to their sales and design team in their busy Galway showroom.
Job Overview
As Kitchen Sales Designer, you will work closely with customers to create exceptional computer aided designs which include appliances, fixtures and fittings. This is a target driven role with a high level of customer service and sales acumen required.
Desired Skills & Experience
· Ideally you will have some experience in a Kitchen Sales & Design role
· You must have kitchen design experience
· Proven experience in achieving sales targets
· Knowledge of kitchen design software
· Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
· To assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by creating inspiring computer aided plans/designs for kitchens and wardrobes
· Understand the customer needs and generate creative ideas and solutions that will fulfill their requirements.
· Proactively generate customer leads and enquires
· Taking personal responsibility for resolving customer issues pre-sales and post-sale in a timely fashion
· Producing accurate quotations
· Achieve defined sales and margin targets
· Create brand loyalty and maintain relationships with existing customers
· Maintain showroom standards throughout the display
