Futura Brands Sales & Marketing is a dynamic young company developing a range of new and exciting brands within the Irish retail market. Our exciting portfolio of brands is rapidly growing within the retail sector in Ireland.

Futura Brands are now looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative (van sales) based out of our Dublin city depot to cover our customers in the Leinster area.

Do you have the passion and drive to meet and exceed customers’ expectations? Providing the highest standard of customer service, identify new business opportunities and enthusiastically present our range of products to prospects. You’ll effectively utilise your excellent sales and negotiation skills to upsell, maximise revenue and profitability within your area. 

Think you are up for the challenge? The ideal candidate must have a proven background in FMCG and will have strong knowledge of the sector. Passionate and results-driven, as Field sales representative (van sales), you must have fantastic negotiation, networking and communication skills. The ability to quickly build strong working relationships is also essential. You must also be a dedicated team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.

This is a key position within our business and offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within our organisation.

Responsibilities

Sales development, order capture, direct delivery, merchandising, auditing.
Manage inventory and stock rotation

Manage customer relationships within a given area.
Insure growth targets are achieved as defined by your line manager.
Identify and develop growth opportunities within the specified accounts.


Competencies

Strong commercial awareness.
Excellent working knowledge of the Irish FMCG sector.
Ability to problem solve and react to issues quickly.
Strong negotiation skills .
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Full drivers licence


Base salary per year (paid monthly)
Bonus per year on achieving targets (paid quarterly)
