Bryan S Ryan Ltd is the leading supplier of office equipment, managed print solutions and office supplies in Ireland. Due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our Supplies Division.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established Irish Company as part of a busy sales team in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be based in Dublin and report to the Managing Director, and will manage, coach and motivate a growing team of sales people nationwide.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
· Manage and motivate a team of sales people in Dublin & nationwide
· Build and maintain long lasting business relationships with existing customers
· With the sales team, develop new markets and maximise opportunities for growth
· Ensure that sales people are efficient in the planning, focus and implementation of their work
· Deliver on divisional sales targets by monitoring sales performance & providing sales training
· Work with our Marketing Team to maximise the company’s webstore and online offering
Our ideal candidate will be:
· Successful in selling / managing in a B to B environment to medium and large size companies in a highly competitive market (this is essential)
· A self-starter, highly competitive with a passion to succeed in your career
· A good communicator, with the ability to listen and to build strong personal relationships
· Hard working, energetic, goal oriented, and with the ability to persevere
· A leader who can coach, manage and motivate; a track record in people management is desirable, however we will also look at applicants looking to move into management if they have the required skills
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package which will reflect the marketplace and be commensurate with experience. This will be a combination of basic salary plus bonuses, which depending on performance should lead to OTE of €75,000 - €80,000 per annum.
