Category Manager FMCG
Crossell Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading brand for an experienced Category Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experience Category Manager to further their career.
Duties:
- Build external customer relationships to drive business.
- Develop planning and strategy
- Execute Point of Purchase strategy across customers.
- Lead, manage and evaluate customer range reviews.
- Provide analysis for commercial planning and market strategy.
- Deliver internal KPIs on distribution and share of space to feed into the monthly business process.
- Lead the customer category input into the commercial planning process.
- Provide insight for our field teams to support in store execution strategies and targets being achieved.
- Support the sales team with key customer insight to help influence externally.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- A third level qualification in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience in Category Management/Shopper/Marketing
- Previous category management experience
- Significant previous sales experience in an FMCG environment
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
