Our client requires 1st Level Helpdesk Support personnel to handle incoming calls per day. The starting salary is €24k with excellent opportunities to expand quickly. It is a permanent full-time position in city centre in a nice friendly environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills & have a background in Customer Service in a call centre environment..
The Role:
Full time role based on the Front Line Help Desk
Answer all incoming IT calls (approx 25+ per day)
Calls will be coming from Ireland and the UK
Resolving problems by phone support or remote connection
Issue reporting, logging and troubleshooting
Reassign to Dev Engineers where appropriate
General Admin duties
