Helpdesk Support - Customer Service - City Centre

Our client requires 1st Level Helpdesk Support personnel to handle incoming calls per day. The starting salary is €24k with excellent opportunities to expand quickly. It is a permanent full-time position in city centre in a nice friendly environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills & have a background in Customer Service in a call centre environment..

The Role:

• Full time role based on the Front Line Help Desk

• Answer all incoming IT calls (approx 25+ per day)

• Calls will be coming from Ireland and the UK

• Resolving problems by phone support or remote connection

• Issue reporting, logging and troubleshooting

• Reassign to Dev Engineers where appropriate

• General Admin duties
