BACKGROUND: Red Box Direct Limited is a privately held company head-quartered in Dublin, Ireland with subsidiaries in the USA and Hong Kong. 

Red Box Direct manages the local divisions for a number of manufacturers of high-tech life science instrumentation including Stoelting Co., Neuralynx Inc, Aurora Scientific Inc. and Eicom. 

One of our clients, Stoelting Co, is hiring a Sales and Support Specialist to manage their Neuroscience and Behavior product lines in Europe.

CORE ACTIVITES: Based in our offices in Terenure, Dublin, you will travel internationally to demonstrate the product line and provide support to Stoelting customers. You will exhibit at academic meetings and will need to quickly develop a technical understanding of the product range. You will also be expected to carry out numerous duties to help support the sales goals and logistical requirements of the business unit.

GOAL: To grow sales of the product-line, provide scientific support to customers and support the day to day running of the business.

REQUIRED SKILLS: You will have a third level qualification in a life science discipline, neuroscience, cellular physiology, biomedical engineering, applied physics or a related area. You will have a general interest in technology, be presentable, hard-working, self-motivated, have a sociable nature and possess a full driving license. Sales experience is not essential, as full training will be given.

SALARY: Salary is in the region of EUR 28,000 to EUR 40,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications, with an additional bonus scheme based on set annual company goals
