THE ROLE: You will be office-based, conducting new business sales activities over the phone in a highly proactive manner. Clients are in the construction, industrial, commercial, medical and IT sectors, and you will typically be promoting our services to Sales Managers and Directors and gaining job specifications from them. Intensive and structured initial and ongoing training is provided and career opportunities are very good; many of our Account Managers have moved up to become Consultants and the vast majority of our young and dynamic management team started their recruitment career with BMS in this position.

We seek talented, polished and articulate sales professionals, capable of both new-business generation as well as account-development. Experience in the recruitment sector is desirable, although strong new business field or telesales professionals will also be considered.

Basic Salary: circa €30,000 - €40,000 per annum - depending on experience

Commission: Uncapped commission scheme, OTE of €50,000 in Year One
