At iHubbs Ltd, we have an opportunity for an experienced and organised Sales Administrator to join our rapidly expanding Outdoor Media company.

We are Ireland's newest Out of Home advertising platform and are quickly acquiring other Media inventory in this market.

We are progressive and growing quickly, but our focus is on attention to detail and delivering the best solutions for our clients and advertisers.

This is a pivotal role within the company, where the primary responsibility is to support the day to day requests of the Sales Department in order to ensure the exact and timely execution of all campaigns.

You will manage the Inventory Management system and will be responsible for the bookings of campaigns, chasing of creative, processing of orders and liaising with Advertising Agencies and clients.

You will ideally have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

This is a busy environment, so it is imperative that you can think on your feet and be able to multi task !

Duties to include, but not limited to:

-          Day to day support to the Sales Team of iHubbs

-          Direct support to the Management Team of iHubbs

-          Inventory management and checking of Sales orders

-          Ensuring correct sign off and approval of all Sales Orders

-          Liaising with accounts to ensure all campaigns are invoiced

-          Liaising with Creative staff / company to ensure timely delivery of campaigns

-          Reporting on all sales processes and monthly reconciliations

-          Liaising with clients directly (occasionally) and Advertising Agencies

It is expected that you will also have:

-          A professional attitude to everything you do

-          Excellent verbal and written skills

-          Be proficient in Word, Exel, Presentation packages and email.

-          Social Media Experience – some activity will be required

-          A strong aptitude for learning software programmes

-          A willingness to learn all aspects of the business and get stuck in where required
