SALES DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – DUBLIN 12
Crossell Ltd. are one of Ireland’s leading field marketing agencies. We have been in operation for 21 years and work with leading household brands providing contracted sales teams and merchandising support services within the FMCG industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join the business as Sales Development & Marketing Executive to manage the business development and marketing functions. You will be responsible for new business development, compiling tenders, developing relations with existing clients and new clients and marketing.
Duties:
- Identify new revenue streams
- New business development
- Creation and completion of tender documentation
- Drive the process of lead generation
- Development of strategic planning and marketing for the business
- Manage and develop strong relationships with clients and drive growth of the accounts.
- Networking within the industry at relevant events
Requirements:
- A relevant business degree/MBA qualification would be an advantage but equivalent experience is acceptable as a substitute for qualifications
- Previous sales experience (5 years+) within a similar role within the FMCG or similar sector
- Be a strong negotiator with the ability to influence
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
- Strong communication skills with strong relationship building skills
- Goal oriented
- Computer literate
