HR Manager required by a global company to be responsible for the BAU activities and assist in coordinating onboarding in Dublin, while supporting the HR Director who is based in London. Additional training will be provided.
Experience / Skills Required
- Human Resources degree or similar
- 2-5 years’ experience in a HR-related role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in reference checks, assistance with on-boarding and timesheet review is advantageous
- Excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills – written and oral
- Comfortable working to best practice
- Experience in meeting deadlines, excellent time management and organisational skills
- Must be able to work independently and / or with minimal supervision with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and identify and escalate issues where appropriate
