Sales Development Rep – German OR Nordics Market

€50k OTE (35k base 15k Commission)

We are looking for Account Executives and Field Sales Reps of the future for this Global Multinational. Pre IPO, in start-up mode in Ireland and building rapidly.

The role:

This is a high volume call role, where you will be contacting prospective clients over the phone, building pipelines, and passing hot leads over to sales team. You will be following up on Marketing campaigns, looking at process improvements, meeting targets, and undergoing ongoing training and development.  So if you are a driven individual who is striving for a successful career in sales, loves hunting for new business and making money then this is the role for you

You must have:

At least 6 months experience in a telesales / lead development role 
An irrepressible spirit, sense of curiosity and positive outlook
The ability to quickly form relationships over the phone
Coming from a technical or  structured sales environment is a distinct advantage

Fluent level German or Nordic languages
