Responsible to:
General Manager, Kärcher Ireland Limited 

Responsible for:
Maintaining & growing existing dealer accounts. Developing new accounts & new channels. Targeting Potential End-Users within the Target Markets, Industry, ReCa & BSC.

Main Tasks:
Sales:
To achieve sales targets by value in line with the annual company targets.

New Business:
To develop new business in specific targeted business areas 

Reporting:
Submit all paperwork (Weekly reports, forward planning and expenses) accurately and on time.

Key Performance Indicators
- Sales & gross margin in line with regional targets.
- Equipment demonstrations to channels identified above.
- Effective journey planning.
- Accurate weekly and monthly reports – including upkeep of CRM
- The ability to use own initiative to develop new business in key strategic business areas for the company.
- Effective written and verbal communication to sales manager, customers and internal contacts.
- A good volume of written quotations submitted (via head office)
- Verbal input and communication during sales meetings

Working Hours: 
- Generally from 8.30am – 5.00pm, but as the needs of the customer base dictate

Job Description:
- Development and achievement of annual sales and profitability targets for the company
- Achievement of Key Performance Indicators relating to enquiries from customers and end users cleaning equipment & cleaning solutions
- Carrying out of a strategy, in conjunction with the General Manager, to maximise revenue potential.
- Work closely with the organisation and customer to achieve customer and organisational goals.
- Implement appropriate procedures to support the business when required.
- Report weekly/monthly sales activity via reporting mechanisms to the General Manager of the company
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
- Assist the company in development / implementation of their marketing / launch plans.
- Provide forecast information to the organisation on medium to long-term activity levels.

Candidate Description:
- Ideally, you will have experience in sales of capital equipment, have excellent people skills, inspire confidence and be results driven.
- You must be willing to learn new skills and have a flexible approach to the working day. - Be energetic and highly motivated to learn new procedures.
- Be highly organized and work accurately
- Be able to act on own initiative but enjoy working as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
