Our client is a leading software organisation and due to continued growth, they are seeking a Telesales Executive. For this role, you must have excellent phone manner, with at least 1 year's telesales experience and be driven to succeed. The ideal candidate is a classic relationship handler and can instantly build rapport and competently follow up on all inquiries. You will already be a classic Telesales person but in the market for a professional & pleasant work environment.
The salary is €27k DOE and everyone earns between €35k - €40k OTE.
Proactive account management of the existing business customer base
Identification of possible 'up-selling' opportunities, through remote account reviews
Setting of appointments for the business direct sales team when 'up-selling'
Retention of business customers via proactive and reactive actions
Responding to email enquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
Actively contribute to the development of the team culture
Reporting activity and potential 'upsell' pipeline to Team Leader on a weekly basis
Attendance of regular team meetings
To continually represent the Company with honesty, integrity, and good presentation
Proven track record of phone based account management
Proven Business customer services / account management experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Experience of working within a telesales environment
Team player - working in cooperation with colleagues and local management teams
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent customer service
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
Confident / Self starter
Ability to work on own initiative
