Our client, a large International Pharmaceuticals Company is looking for a driven, Field Based National Sales Manager to lead their sales team. This company offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development as well as a competitive salary.


As National Sales Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Leading and managing a sales team, developing and setting KPI’s

·         Monitoring performance of the sales team to ensure targets are met

·         Managing Key Accounts, Wholesalers and Private Customers nationwide

·         Developing New Business

·         Planning, forecasting and budgeting for sales

·         Keeping on track of market trends, analysis of same

·         Managing Trade Shows in Ireland and UK

The Successful Candidate:

·         You must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience Managing a Sales team in a Pharmaceutical company

·         You have knowledge of Animal Healthcare/ Pharmaceuticals

·         You have excellent motivating and leadership skills

·         You have excellent relationship building skills

·         You are highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills

·         You have a Full Clean Driving License
