Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now looking for a Business Development Team Leader to join them in Crumlin.

As the Business Development Team Leader, you will maximise sales of our client’s diagnostic products within your assigned territory.
In this key role, you will:
- Lead, motivate and guide a team of field-based Sales Executives
- Conduct regular customer visits to increase sales
- Identify new market opportunities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Attend conferences and trad shows
- Undertake international travel
To be considered, you must have:
- Experience in a sales and target-driven environment
- The willingness to travel extensively and internationally
- A degree (or equivalent) or higher in a Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Science or Business related discipline at 2:1 or above
- A full driving licence
Positive, flexible and organised, as the Business Development Team Leader, you will also need plenty of drive and initiative as well as excellent communication, presentation and time management skills. A strong work ethic is also key.
