Some responsibilities:
Analysing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weakness or conflicting messages
Project manage the creation of long term brand strategy and brand plans
Own and deliver the innovation strategy, marketing plans and ultimately the most exciting pipeline to date
Creating and enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share by recruiting/re-recruitment to the brand
Build and maintain strong relationships with the commercial teams on the ground and across Europe to deliver above and beyond expectation
Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly
Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximise all opportunities for growth

Minimum of 5 years solid brand manager experience is required.
Please note that this role may involve travel up to 20% of the time across key countries in Europe relative to team, brand and customer activity.
