We are currently recruiting for this important sales role at our Offaly and Westmeath newspapers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and selling advertising solutions across multiple media platforms including our newspapers and various online channels.  You will need to be revenue focused and have a can-do attitude. Previous media sales experience and/or a third level qualification in business studies/marketing will be a distinct advantage.

Candidates will fit the following criteria ;

• Have a flair for marketing and be able to help our clients implement creative campaigns that deliver great results   
• Have minimum 2 years b2b sales experience in a target driven environment
• Be confident in cold call situations and have a proven track record in new business development
• Be an excellent communicator and be able to build solid relationships with clients
• Possess good computer skills and organisational skills and be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
