MARKET LEADER: Whilst operating in an extremely competitive sector, this business has kept ahead of the competition by offering comprehensive information and truly listening to their clients’ needs. The sales team is committed to providing their clients with the highest levels of customer service and support. Due to a huge increase in enquiries countrywide, they now require an additional sales person in Ireland to sell outsourced employment and health and safety law advice.
THE ROLE: Involves targeting medium sized organisations across every conceivable industry, identifying and satisfying their specific needs. Rapport building skills, a corporate image along with a structured and proactive sales approach will be crucial for this position. It doesn’t matter what you have sold so long as it’s a high activity sale and you have been successful at it. Excellent training and career prospects exist here.
THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for a polished sales professional who enjoys winning new business. This is a consultative sale, so you will have a structured approach to selling and have the ability to build rapport quickly. You will be joining an established and top performing sales team, one of the best in Ireland and the UK.

* €35-40KL Base, OTE 100K uncapped, car, pension
