The Area Sales Manager will work closely with the Branch Manager in driving sales growth in designated area. You will be responsible for managing an existing customer database and to grow the portfolio. You will be required to embrace and implement sales initiatives across the area, build strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service.

Job Responsibilities: Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio, Embrace sales campaigns and exceed targets, Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day, Maintain professional standards of product knowledge, Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes, Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and businesslike image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required: 2-5 yres Sales experience in a fast paced environment, A background in construction is desirable but not essential, Strong communication skills, Negotiation skills, Knowledge of local markets
