Bluestone Sales & Distribution are based in Trim, Co. Meath and supply market leading brands, Brita, Kitchen Devil, Fiskars, Severin, Breville, PackMate,  E-Cloth, Leifheit and Greener Cleaner products to all major retailers throughout Ireland.  We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to handle our Spar BWG account in ROI. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with retail stores within the Spar BWG Group and to promote our company’s branded products to sustain and grow business in order to achieve long term success.

Responsibilities

·         Develop trust relationships with retailers within the Spar BWG group.

·         Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.

·         Expand the relationships with existing retailers by continuously proposing promotional activity in order to grow business.

·         Ensure the correct product portfolio is presented to the group.

·         Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

·         Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

·         Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.

Requirements

·         Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years FMCG selling experience.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

·         Excellent organizational skills and a strong commercial acumen.

·         Highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who is a strong team player, used to high a level of both individual and collective accountability.

·         Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
