Our client is an established and reputable fashion house with links to retailers in ROI and the UK. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Retail Store Manager to join their team in Dublin. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven store manager or retail manager looking to take their next step with a unique and sophisticated menswear brand. 

Our client’s Premium Fashion Showroom on St Stephen’s Green is situated right opposite the Green itself in the heart of the best shopping that Dublin has to offer and on a major thoroughfare for foot traffic, tourism and shoppers. 

As the Retail Store Manager, you will take the reins of this superbly situated store and oversee all day-to-day operations. 

You’ll create strategic, operational plans to drive the store forward and engage with shoppers, ensure store layout is as desirable and accessible as possible and manage all staffing efforts as well. 

The retail store team are an enthusiastic, dedicated bunch who simply require the right direction and leadership to enable them to make a success of the store and their own retail careers. You will ensure they go about their work with enthusiasm and deliver exceptional levels of customer service in a helpful, friendly manner.

Interested? To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be an existing retail store manager or have at least five years’ in retail management, and a deep understanding of the menswear sector, ideally with a premium brand or a flagship store. Passion for retail and customer experience and previous operational, commercial and strategic level experience will be prerequisite. 

As the Retail Store Manager, you’ll be a leader with the ability to pass on your knowledge and customer focus to other team members. Strong decision-making skills are key, as is excellent commercial acumen.
