Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now looking for a Customer Relationship Co-ordinator to join their team in Crumlin. 

Within a culture built on innovation and support, you will have the chance to diversify your skill-set and play an important role in our client’s day-to-day operations. 

As a Customer Relationship Co-ordinator, you’ll provide a first-class service to our client’s customer base. 

In this key role, you’ll build strong relationships with customers, anticipate their needs and deliver high levels of service to increase sales of clinical products. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Communicate customers’ requirements to colleagues 
- Manage communications with customers and take advantage of any up-selling opportunities 
- Ensure any issues are swiftly resolved 
- Collate customer data and log it in the CRM system 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- Experience in a customer service environment 
- Good business development skills 
- A degree level qualification in a business or scientific discipline 

As a Customer Relationship Co-ordinator, you’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers. Enthusiastic and proactive, you’ll also have great planning and prioritisation abilities.
