THE COMPANY: An innovator in their field, our client is a highly successful, multi-national provider of high-end steel railing, barriers, balconies and accessories. With the increasing demand for their high-quality products, they are now looking for a Country Sales Manager to cover and develop the Irish Market.
THE ROLE: The successful Country Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing and developing the client’s footprint. This will entail meeting and selling to Architects, Specifiers, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, Steel installers. The role is predominately new business focused, and you will have support from, and report to, the UK Country Manager.

THE CANDIDATE: The client is looking for somebody who has 5+ years selling through specification into the construction sector, and who has a proven track-record in the successful selling to the target market. Preference will be given to those who come from a steel sales background.
You will be confident in your ability to sell and generate new business, whilst also being able to develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Specifiers and Contractors alike. The candidate must also be a strong team player, with the interest of the company at heart.

THE PACKAGE FOR COUNTRY SALES MANAGER:
* Basic Salary: €55,000 - €65,000
* Bonus: Negotiable
* Company Car, Mobile, Laptop and Pension
