Team Lead - SaaS Sales

The Role:
Key player in a team that achieves and consistently exceeds monthly targets. They smash their sales numbers by showcasing features of their software that help clients grow their business. This is an example of indirect (as opposed to aggressive) selling techniques
Administration and organisation of your accounts and tasks that need to be achieved
Communicate daily through indirect selling techniques with clients
Provide clients with marketing and sales advice
Implement creative ways to improve marketing and communication with clients
Skillset:
Third level education preferred in business, marketing or Technology
Excellent working knowledge of social media trends and marketing communications
You can showcase that you understand indirect selling techniques
Previous experience in a supervisory / team Lead role preferred
Proven track record in influencing and motivating individuals to perform tasks
Analytical and organised mindset - you love spreadsheets and any tool that will help you stay focused and organised
Multitasker - you thrive on organising people and processes and are not scared by the prospect of juggling a million things at once
Proactive - you are an opportunist and are unafraid of trying new things
Remuneration:
Starting salaries at €35k DOE. There is an uncapped commission plan that amounts to an additional €25k +
