Great opportunity to join a growing medical supplies business, lead by a team of very experienced business professionals. Our client distributes some of the world leading and best known brands in healthcare supplies.
THE ROLE: Based in our clients office in North Dublin, you will be responsible managing supplier accounts and payments, generation and management of supplier purchase orders, product forecasting, stock control and logistics management. You will also be responsible for monitoring cashflow in conjunction with the management team, financial forecasting and budget preparation, as well as assisting with tender preparations. You will also undertake ad hoc administration duties as and when they arise.
THE PERSON: For this role, we are looking to speak to candidates that have senior administration experience. Ideally, you will have experience in accounting or bookkeeping, but if you have strong numerical skills and a strong working experience managing the day to day operations of a busy office, please apply. You must have strong organisational skills, be a strong communicator and be willing to take ownership of your workflow.
THE COMPANY: Our client is a relatively young but well received distributor of medical supplies. They have exclusive agreements to sell some global, market leading brands into the Irish Healthcare market. They sell to hospitals, nursing home and primary care centres throughout the country. They have grown substantially over the last 2 years and have big growth plans for the future.
THE PACKAGE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE MANAGER:
* Salary: €35,000 – some flexibility, depending on experience
* Company bonus scheme
* Benefits: Pension after year 1
