BACKGROUND:
Red Box Direct manages the European businesses for a number of manufacturers of high-tech life science instrumentation. Neuralynx is an internationally recognized provider of solutions for neuroscience research and specializes in the development of electrophysiology data recording systems for both the clinical and pre-clinical research markets. We are looking to hire 2 product managers who will be responsible for the sales and promotion of Neuralynx products in Europe CORE
ACTIVITES:
Based in our offices in Terenure, Dublin, you will travel internationally to meet customers in order to demonstrate and provide support for the Neuralynx product range. You will have to exhibit our products at academic meetings and so will need to quickly develop a technical understanding of our product range. You will also be expected to carry out numerous duties to help support the sales goals and logistical requirements of the business unit
GOALS:
To maintain and grow sales of the Neuralynx product-line; source and generate new business and customers; provide scientific support to end users; and support the day to day running of the business.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
You will have a third level qualification in a life science discipline, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, applied physics, or a related area. Post graduate qualifications are not essential. You will have a general interest in technology, be presentable, hard-working, self-motivated and have a sociable nature. Drive, commitment and enthusiasm to achieve targets would be required, as well as being highly organised and an excellent communicator. Sales experience is not required, as full training will be given. The right candidate should have a confident, professional manner, willing to identify and prospect new business opportunities.
SALARY:
The annual salary rate is in the region of EUR 28,000 to EUR 45,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
