Our client is an established and reputable fashion house with links to retailers in ROI and the UK. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Retail Store Manager to join their team in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retail supervisor or manager looking to take their next step with a unique and sophisticated menswear brand.
In this challenging position, you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of our client’s flagship store. This store is a busy, bustling and vibrant part of our client’s retail network and you’ll have the chance to act as a key figure within the business making sure it is as popular as ever and staffed with enthusiastic, helpful and friendly Retail Assistants.
As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of our client’s retail store.
Across every aspect of store operations, you will get involved and be influential in key decision making, the look and feel of each area of the store and the sales success that comes from your leadership.
Your role will involve:
- Delivering incredible levels of customer service
- Managing the store team, imparting your knowledge and influencing team activities
- Creating clear strategies to achieve targets and increase sales
- Improving brand awareness
- Managing stock control activities including ordering
Interested? To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Strong supervisory or management level experience gained within the retail sector, ideally menswear
- A successful sales background
- Knowledge of the operational and commercial needs of a fashion retail store with an understanding of the strategic and commercial needs of a rapidly-developing brand
- An appreciation for quality men’s tailoring and casual wear
As the Retail Store Manager, you’ll be a leader with the ability to pass on your knowledge and customer focus to other team members. Strong decision-making skills are key, as is excellent commercial acumen.
