My client is Ireland's leading provider of healthcare in its field, with a national network of over 75 branches and clinics. Their goal is to help patients and their families achieve a much-improved quality of life. The role is based in Dublin, City West.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting with the delivery of sales numbers in line with targets set out by the Telemarketing Manager
- Drafting targets and KPI’s for the Sales Team, with the Telemarketing Manager and producing reports on performance
- Work Force Management (WFM) Scheduling
- Deputising for the Telemarketing Manager as required
- Assisting the Sales Team in a timely manner, identifying training and coaching needs
- Promoting an enthusiastic and competitive atmosphere within the team, increasing motivation and results
- Handling escalations and product knowledge/system questions
- Monitoring and reviewing campaigns and creating reports to provide feedback on progress and performance to Telemarketing Manager
- Analysing and providing breakdowns of weekly performance statistics, for each team, to the Telemarketing Manager
- Being fully conversant with all campaign specifics i.e. policy T&Cs, scripting, promotions etc
- Logging, acknowledging and escalating any issues to the Telemarketing Manager

Experience and Education
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales/telesales call centre environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible, dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative, motivated

You will be required to demonstrate flexibility with regards to responsibilities which will be based on business demands. As the business of Hidden Hearing changes, it may be necessary to change or expand your duties within the general scope of your position.
