The Company: Specialist provider of equipment and materials to Hire and Construction Industry
The Role: Manage ALL the operational requirements of the depot, full profit and loss responsibility, monitoring budgets and keep them in line of the depot requirements. Build relationships with internal teams and provide customer service to clients. Review efficiencies, productivity and performance. Monitor KPIs as well as lead and motivate the staff. Provide Coaching to develop the team.
The Candidate: Excellent Manager with a similar background, Logical thinking, be customer focused and a strong commercial acumen is needed. Profit and Loss experience is essential and must be a very good people manager. Ideally from a Hire background, building services or Construction.
