Field sales manager. Looking after van sales team and 5 regional managers. 32 counties. FMCG. 100% field management role.

THE ROLE: Due to expansion, this role has been created to cope with the increase product demand in the market. This is a field management role where you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 Regional Sales manager’s who looking after their van sales team throughout Ireland. Covering 32 Counties, you will train, coach and manage the field-based team.

THE PERSON: Ideally you will have come through the ranks of van sales into field management so have a strong understanding of the role and the challenges within the market. You will demonstrate strong field management experience and enjoy coaching and mentoring. You will have the ability to build rapport quickly and develop people within your team.

THE PACKAGE FOR NATIONAL FIELD SALES MANAGER:

* Salary: €45,000 - €50,000
* Bonus:15% bonus
