The Recruitment Lead will develop markets, hire, build and train recruiters across different sectors in the Midwest Market.
We have an excellent reputation across our 10 Branches and the Team Lead will be tasked with enhancing our name and brand across Galway, as we expand this operation. Business Development, Networking, Client Management, Hands on Recruitment, Team Building & Team Development will be the key responsibilities in this exciting new role.

In short, we require a professional recruiter with recruitment agency experience. Both up and coming Senior Recruitment Consultants (with Leadership experience) and experienced Recruitment Team Leads will be considered. It’s all about the attitude and ambition of the person, a good fit for FRS is hardworking, ethical, ambitious and client service driven.
