Job Overview

Our client is one of Ireland’s fastest growing telecoms businesses. They are now adding to their Cork based B2B field sales team and are seeking B2B Telecoms reps with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Great package on offer for qualified candidates including basic salary, commission, company car, pension and health insurance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generating appointments with SME decision makers
  • Generating sales referrals from cold calling.
  • Support marketing campaigns by telephone, email & social media follow up.
  • Responding to e-mail enquires that are made from potential customers.
  • Participate in marketing events to promote the business and source new clients
  • Pro-active sourcing of new revenue for the business by making cold calls
  • Reporting potential pipeline and appointments to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Update and maintain all customer contact on the company CRM.

Essential Skills & Experience (key competencies) ·

· Skills

·         Team player - working in co-operation with colleagues and local management teams

·         Strong appointment setter

·         Confident / Self starter

·         Ability to engage with different businesses across a variety of sectors

·         PC Literate

·         Full Clean driver licence

Qualifications and Skills

·         Technical savvy individual – good understanding of the industry

·         Previous Telecoms Sales experience is essential - 3 >5 years

·         Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

·         Strong knowledge of Unified Communications (Voice, Data, Cyber Security) and the competitive Telecoms market

·         Previous experience using CRM tools is a distinct advantage
