Irish Recruitment Consultants are looking to hire a Team Leader for one of our clients. The successful candidate will manage a team of business agents.

Duties:

* Managing and leading a team of employees
* Communicating company and sales goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team
* Motivating team members and assessing performance
* Providing help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance
* Communicating concerns and policies among management and team members
* Answering team member questions, helping with team member problems, and overseeing team member work for quality and guideline compliance
* Developing strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
* Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
* Generating and sharing comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
* Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints when required
