Our client a leading supplier of defibrillation, diagnostic, resuscitation & monitoring equipment with a wide range of essential sterile medical consumables is now looking for a Healthcare Products Brand Manager to support our office based team to increase sales with expertise and focus across a wide range of their healthcare consumables and medical device products.

Our client is interested in hearing from healthcare professionals with some commercial experience who have great product knowledge and are looking for a change. This is the ideal role in which to utilise your product knowledge, develop and share your experience with the sales team and forge an engaging new career as the in-house product expert across many medical product categories.
As the Healthcare Products Brand Manager, you will develop and implement a strategy to grow business and sales opportunities within the healthcare sector in Ireland. Your role will involve understanding the key functions of each product in the range and sharing this deep knowledge with the team and engaging with key opinion leaders.
You’ll build an understanding of products from both a patient and professional perspective, to ensure that you can fully promote their benefits. Your product categories will include a range of healthcare consumables and medical device products, including cardiac monitoring, training equipment and general medical supplies.
Merchandising stores across Ireland and internationally, you will liaise with the Marketing Teams to create messaging plans and work with Product Design to develop POS displays and concepts.
You’ll develop presentations to highlight the value proposition of each product and conduct competitor analysis on products, pricing, place and position within the market.
You’ll identify gaps for new products in the market and plan, cost and execute the annual category marketing and new product launch plan. Additionally, you’ll perform a range of purchasing activities.
To be considered, you will need:
- Experience in a medical role gained in the healthcare sector
- Some Nursing or Emergency Care Experience would be beneficial to the role
- A full, clean driving licence and the ability to travel throughout Ireland and internationally
As the Healthcare Products Brand Manager, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A team player mentality, strong customer focus and the ability to prioritize your workload is also key.
