They now have an exciting new opportunity available for a QFA professional with management/team leader/mentoring experience in financial field sales to help grow and manage a team of individual personal financial advisers.
Please note that you must currently live a maximum of 1 hour 15 minutes from Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Training and Business Development Manager
The primary objective of the role is to train new personal financial advisors in the field. The role also involves supporting the personal financial advisors in achieving objectives in relation to Sales, Quality, Compliance, Service, Retention and Training.
You will be dedicated to training through coaching on the job. Through face to face meetings, you will train new financial advisors in their role and once established you will work with them to help them achieve their goals and objectives. This is an exciting and demanding role where results will be achieved through good coaching skills, the development of long term business relationships and the ability to motivate and coach a team over the long term.
Personal Attributes
- You should have outstanding leadership skills and the ability to tap into a suitable natural market through your existing network of contacts.
- Successful track record in previous/current field of employment
- Professional qualification as a QFA / APA
- Experience of conducting training/mentoring in Financial Services, ideally in a field based role
