The multi - award winning Confetti is Ireland's leading Bridal Magazine and Website. We print 4 seasonal titles each year and our website is rapidly growing. We are the only bridal brand on the market which has a successful print and online story. We are looking for an amazing person to join the Confetti team to sell advertising for the Confetti seasonal titles and Confetti.ie 

What will you be doing?           

• Selling advertising to a client base over the phone.
• Generating leads and growing / up-selling current client base 
• You will have weekly KPIS to hit each week such as sales revenue, calls and average sales order value.

What do you need for the role?

• Strong negotiation, influencing and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support others in the company
• Can-do positive attitude to deliver exactly what we promise to our advertising clients
• Willingness to listen and understand client needs and offer top-notch customer service.
• Keen interest in attention to detail and always being professional
• An ability to self motivate and be proactive with a focus on success
• The Advertising packages would be digital and print packages so experience in both would be an advantage.
• Media sales is a distinct advantage
