Our business model is based around 3 key pillars - Memberships, Advertising and Trade Events and due to recent rapid growth across the business we are now in a position to recruit professionals across Admin, Customer Care, Event Management and Sales.
The Role:
The Event Manager role will require the successful candidate to take full responsibility for the creative and operational side of our trade show business. Working directly with the outgoing Event Manager for the next 12 months, the candidate will learn the current processes and systems while being invited to implement their own to improve the overall experience for clients, delegates, vendors and gsmExchange staff. The successful applicant will be the primary point of contact for all trade show related issues and be expected to take each trade show project from the inception stages through to delivery.
Required Experience:
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, driven individual that wants to join a small team and take responsibility for international, multi million Euro projects. Any experience in the events business is advantageous, but all competent, organised individuals with good business minds, regardless of their background are welcome to apply. The candidate will have creative responsibility for design, marketing and promotion, so an outgoing, confident individual with a eye for design, but can manage our outsourced design contractors is best suited to the role.
The candidate must have a strong, positive attitude and be prepared to go above and beyond to deliver a project when required.
