SONAS BATHROOMS are Ireland’s leading provider of bathroom products. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator to join our busy sales office.
The main duties of the role are;
• Office support for designated sales representative
• Order processing of phone, email and faxed orders
• Answer customer queries regarding stock, price and product information
• Liaise with dispatch regarding customer orders
• Act as cover for showroom manager during busy periods
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
• Ability to multi task with high attention to detail
• Excellent phone manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve and use own initiative
A willingness to learn, be self-starting and self-motivated
• A desire to work in a demanding and fast paced environment often with conflicting priorities
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems an advantage
This is a full time and permanent position working office hours Monday – Friday. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
