Customer Service Advisor (12 Month Maternity Cover Contract)

With a reputation for challenging the status quo in search of something better, our client has made waves in their industry with their innovative range of products. They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a maternity cover contract for a 12 month period.
Within a collaborative and stimulating environment, you’ll be provided with full training to bring you up to speed and ensure that you succeed in your role.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a high quality service to customers and promote and upsell our client’s range of blinds.
Liaising with customers via email and telephone channels, you will:
- Provide basic technical assistance
- Handle customer accounts, including invoicing
- Promote the benefits of our client’s products
- Carry out credit control tasks
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
- At least two years’ experience in a similar customer support role
- Strong customer service skills
Customer-focused and enthusiastic, as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be able to effectively manage your workload whilst working as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also key.
Alongside good verbal and written English skills, it would be highly beneficial if you have basic French understanding, but this is by no means essential.
