Graduate Customer Service Representative

Our MNC client is located in Ballymount D12 and has a requirement for a recent graduate to work as an Inside Account Manager.

The role is varied and ongoing support & assistance is provided by more senior staff. This is a friendly work environment offering good career prospects. The starting salary is €22k but you can realistically expect close to €30k in year one.

Responsibilities:

• Engage daily by phone with existing business customers for repeat orders.

• Campaign management: targeting of vertical markets by phone

• Updating customer records

• Ongoing email correspondence, processing of orders and customer service issues.

Requirements:

• Good phone manner

• Data entry & basic computing skills

• Strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn & follow instructions

• Some call centre; phone sales experience is desirable but not essential
