EMEA Sales Staff Resourcer – Open to all levels of experience

Due to outstanding growth in our IT Sales Division we are looking for a bright, driven individual to join our current team.
As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for:
- Building a diverse candidate pool through cold calling, internet sourcing, and Internet job postings.
- Managing the candidate lifecycle and acting as a candidate advocate
- Evaluating skill level
- Delivering high quality relevant candidates in an appropriate timescale
You will have:
- Experience working in a structured office environment for at least 6 months
- Previous experience in sales support, admin support, team support, sales, telesales roles is preferable
- Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through
- Positive attitude, be highly motivated, self-directed and a strong team player
