Great opportunity to work with as a Customer Service Manager, managing a team of 10 people, for an Irish market leader in the PPE and health and safety supplies industry
THE ROLE: Based from our clients head office in Cork, the new Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing the customer service experience for this business, by having overall responsibility for this department. The function of this department is to process orders, manage order workflow through to delivery and managing any customer service issues that might arise. The new Customer service manager will manage a team of 10 customer service executives, oversee their workflow, dealing with escalated customer service issues and liaising with other departments like finance, warehousing and logistics to ensure all processes flow smoothly.
THE PERSON: For this role, you must hold at least 6-7 years of managerial experience within a customer service orientated position. As the product can be quite technical, our client requires somebody that has an aptitude for technical detail and has great attention to detail. Any experience dealing with industrial and / or manufacturing end users will be a distinct advantage. You must be willing to lead by example, getting involved with similar day to day activities as your team, as well as overseeing all workflow within the department.

THE PACKAGE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER:
* Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 DOE
* Bonus: €3,000
