Receptionist

We are seeking somebody truly exceptional at customer service. Working as a Receptionist / Customer Service comes easy to you and you take pride in every facet of your responsibilities. Besides the overall desire to please and serve customers; the role would suit an energetic candidate with 6 months plus experience in Reception work. In addition we also welcome applications from Hospitality, Restaurant & Airline industries as these professions possess transferable skill-sets for the role.

The Role:

• Front of House Reception

• Meeting and greeting business customers

• Creation of detailed documents (Computer literacy)

• Previous experience in a busy office environment

• Managing the company database

The Person:

• Previous Front of House experience

• Must be computer literate in MS Office.

• A natural team player

• Proactive approach to work - likes ticking tasks off lists!

• Very confident in their abilities

• Very strong attention to detail (organised & excellent written skills)

• Excellent interpersonal skills - a genuine 'people person'

• Professional appearance

• Fluent in english

Remuneration:

Salary will be €23k with fantastic opportunities to advance within the company.
