Business Development Manager - Security
Our client is a leading multinational providing security cover to commercial companies nationwide. Due to continued growth there is a requirement for a Business Development Manager to manage an established geographic territory. The BDM will leverage largely existing contracts for renewal, upselling & cross selling opportunities.
New hires complete a formal training & induction programme over 12 months. The salary is €38k plus €25k commission plan (uncapped), company car, laptop, phone. Guaranteed commission plan for 6 months.
Current field sales experience in B2B, Telco, technology or engineering.
Professional client facing skill-sets
Formal sales training is desirable
