Our Client, an Irish company established in 1984 with a highly successful branded worldwide lighting business are currently seeking applications for an Internal Sales Role.We will be interviewing in January for this role. This is an exciting role for someone who has experience in sales and delivering Customer Service to the highest level.
ROLE: To provide world-class customer care to all customers, internal & external. To maximise every opportunity to create additional value via sales & business analysis
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking all calls and sales enquiries an making Pro-Active Sales Calls to increase PQ & order value
- Tracking of field & internal promotional activity
- Generating Sales from special offers and keeping track of same
- Dealing with Technical Queries
- Releasing Back Orders
- Working as part of a Team
- Creation & communication of quotations
- Dealing with, following through of all enquires and any complaints
- Support to External Sales Teams. i.e. Assist with budgets, promote special offers to all customers, daily & monthly reporting assistance
- Checking figures and reports daily for Reps and reacting to same
- Chairing/Taking part in Daily Team Kick-Start meetings
