We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our growing sales and marketing team.
What you’ll do
Our B2B Sales Consultant will be an exceptional and passionate inside sales professional who is organised and has a hunger and drive to identify, pursue and win new business by selling our corporate training courses to large and medium sized organisations.
You will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities through direct (insides) sales activity, managing/influencing a mixture of inbound and outbound leads.

-Experienced in working within a fast paced inside sales environment
-Commercially savvy with a proven track record to acquire new business opportunities through a mixture of inbound and outbound leads
-Identify, pro-actively seek out, take ownership and continually deliver new business opportunities enthusiastically building client relationships
-Actively call on key global prospects
-Researching your target market to generate leads, prospecting and prioritising leads
-Evaluating potential clients and bringing them through the full sales process using a consultative approach
-Effectively managing a pipeline of prospects, and accurately report progress through a CRM.
-Working closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing and advertising efforts are yielding appropriate leads
-You must have a minimum of 3 years demonstrable sales experience.
-You must demonstrate success through a consultative sales approach, selling to a number of key people across an organisation.
-Credible and confident at C-Suite level with a strong network of contacts and excellent networking skills.
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets within specific deadlines.
-You must have experience of successfully negotiating large value, complex contracts.
-Good working knowledge of software development process sectors and technologies is preferable.
-Presentation skills are crucial and you will need to be comfortable at building relationships remotely. Highly credible to build strong long term relationships with senior people in our client organisations.
-Strong reporting skills with a proven track record in delivering in a target driven environment to specific KPIs.
-Flexible and open to change as this role will change and evolve as UXTraining grows
-Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques
-Highly passionate, with an ability to empathise with the customer by seeing things from their perspective, and understanding their motivations and goals
-Enjoy speaking to customers about user experience design, and how UXTraining can drive ROI for their business.
