A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a rapidly growing high-technology company on a maternity cover contract until September 2018.

This is the ideal role for an enthusiastic and hands-on sales administrator looking to take their next step with a leading global business.

As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of sales enquiries and providing a high level of service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Liaising with a wide range of teams throughout the business, you’ll generate accurate quotations by assessing applications and recommending the correct products to meet customers’ requirements. Using this information, you’ll then calculate costs and prepare effective proposals for customers.

You’ll process customer orders, agree the delivery schedule with the Production Team and acknowledge each order as it’s received. Additionally, you will keep customers updated and informed at all times and ensure on-time delivery that meets their expectations.

Your other duties will include:

- Managing the shipment process and generating paperwork
- Issuing invoices and following up on payments
- Maintaining sales information and the quotation databases
- Providing general administrative support to the Irish office

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- At least three years’ sales administration experience
- A good level of computer literacy, especially using MS Office

As an Internal Sales Administrator, you must have great communication, negotiation and relationship building skills in order to quickly establish rapport with customers. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, you must also be able to multi-task effectively.

Experience of using Sage would be beneficial to your application, as would previous experience of export logistics and shipping. Knowledge or experience of the electronics industry would also be advantageous.
