Our client currently has a contract job available for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. Ideal candidate will have experience with incoming orders from Field Sales Reps as well as direct inbound sales orders. You will also be responsible for some marketing including updating social media platforms, advertising and customer mailshots.
Main Duties:
* Provide effective administrative support to the Sales & Business Manager
* Work towards meeting the monthly sales forecast
* Prepare and distribute monthly reports
* Maintain and update the customer database
* Sales order processing
* Co–ordinate with various departments (Dispatch and Finance) to ensure complete order processing.
* Liaising with suppliers and customers
* Customer mailings
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* Processing and issuing of customer paperwork
* Support to Fields Sales Representatives
* Website updates and maintenance
* Manage social media platforms
* Assist with marketing campaigns and advertising
* Other duties as assigned
