The Company:
Established for over 40 years and employing around 70 people, this Irish owned and operation organisation selling marketing services to the corporate and blue chip marketplace within Ireland and the UK. This company provide a massive range of services, from creative services, print solutions (from leaflets to standard business print services to point of sale materials), outsourced mailing services and fulfilment. As a result of continued success, they now seek a new Business Development Manager.
The Role – Business Development Manager
Territory – National (mostly leinster)
The new Business Development Manager will sell the companies full range of marketing services. You will be selling to the Blue Chip market, as well as larger SME business, dealing with decision makers from board level to marketing departments, operations and financial controllers. This will be a very consultative sales role and will be mostly new business orientated. This role is ideal for somebody with a track record in new business generation and who wants to make lots of money.
For this Business Development Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* You must have a track record in new business development sales
* Ideally, you will have experience selling to blue chips at a senior level
* You must be able to sell in a consultative fashion
* Strong commercial acumen and strong numerically
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* You must be driven, ambitious and self-motivated
