About the Role
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales cycle.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, as well as operational metrics.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Act as the sales contact for our technical team with potential customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status Keep abreast of bestpractices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Attend trade shows and input to company marketing strategy Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in relevant advanced coatingtechnologies and perform competitor analysis
